Movoto provides our agents with clients through our Agent App for iOS and Android. Connecting to a client within the first few minutes of a housing request determines the new relationship you will build with them. So, it is imperative that you accept or decline the new client notifications immediately.
Clients are distributed based on your performance. If you are performing by engaging and updating the status of your clients in the Agent App, you will get priority for new referrals in your preferred Zip Codes. If by chance you decline the lead or do not respond within the first few minutes, the client will be distributed to the next best performing agent group and the client is no longer available to you.
