Filtering your dashboard referrals

The Filters button allows you to toggle between the different referral categories: Active, Inactive, and Closed.

Active referrals are Movoto clients that you’re currently working with. This includes working with them to buy/sell a home right now, or regularly reaching out with a nurture campaign to potentially transact in the future. 

Inactive referrals are Movoto clients that you’ve indicated you’re no longer working with. Movoto may pair them with another agent, otherwise, they’ll remain inactive on your dashboard indefinitely until new activity automatically puts them into your Active referrals list. 

Closed referrals are your Movoto clients you’ve successfully closed a deal with.
