How to update your team's lead routing preferences

Maximize your team’s opportunities by routing leads to your agents based on their specialization.You can do this by clicking the menu button on the top right of your dashboard, navigating to your team settings page, then reviewing each category list (Seller, Buyer, Seller Cash-Offer, and Spanish Speaking)


Note that multiple agents can service each category and agents can service as many categories as needed.

1.Start by logging into the Agent Dashboard and clicking on the menu button in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Team Settings"

3. Start by clicking on ‘Buyer Leads’ then click the dropdown that says ‘Buyer Lead Receivers’ and select which agents on your team will accept buyer leads by checking their name. Make sure to click "Done" in the top right corner to save your changes.

4. Next, click on ‘Seller Leads’ then click the dropdown that says ‘Seller Lead Receivers’ and select which agents on your team will accept seller leads by checking their name. Make sure to click "Done" in the top right corner to save your changes.

5. Click on ‘Seller Cash-Offer Leads’ to let us know if your team services these leads by selecting either ‘Yes, we accept Seller Cash-Offer Leads’ or ‘No, we do not accept Seller Cash-Offer Leads.’ If your team does service Seller Cash-Offer Leads, adjust the slider to indicate what percentage of leads your team is willing to accept for this type of lead. Next, click the dropdown that says ‘Seller Cash-Offer Receiver(s)’ and select which agents on your team will service seller cash-offer leads by checking their name. Make sure to click "Done" in the top right corner to save your changes.

6. Click on ‘Spanish Speaking Leads’ to let us know if your team services Spanish speaking consumers by selecting either ‘Yes, we accept Spanish speaking leads’ or ‘No, we do not accept Spanish speaking leads.’ If your team does service Spanish speaking leads, adjust the bar to indicate what percentage of leads your team is willing to accept for this type of lead. Next, click the dropdown that says ‘Spanish Speaking Lead Receiver(s)’ and select which agents on your team will service Spanish speaking leads by checking their name.

Note that we will send you up to the percentage of leads you are willing to accept. Example: If you adjust the slider to 20% for Seller Cash-Offer Leads then up to 20% of the leads your team receives will be Seller Cash-Offer Leads. We are not guaranteeing that 20% of your leads will be Seller Cash-Offer Leads.
