What is the OJO and Rocket Mortgage® pilot program?
OJO is partnering with Rocket Mortgage® in select areas to help homebuyers through the financing process. The OJO team will vet homebuyers as usual, and if they need assistance with financing, they’ll be referred to Rocket Mortgage®.
How does the OJO and Rocket Mortgage® partnership work?
The OJO team will vet consumers for financial readiness. If a homebuyer in your area doesn’t have a lender and agrees to enter the financing process, OJO will connect them with Rocket Mortgage®. Rocket Mortgage’s® Home Loan Experts will call the homebuyer after your conversation with the consumer to start preapproval, and then call or email you to let you know the outcome.
How will I know if an OJO lead is working with Rocket Mortgage®?
When you are connected to the client, the OJO representative will let you know that they are being connected to Rocket Mortgage®. Additionally, the referral’s profile in the OJO Dashboard will list Rocket Mortgage® as their lender. The Rocket Mortgage® Home Loan Expert who connects with the homebuyer will also contact you with an update after they speak with the consumer.
How will the OJO Concierge team be involved?
OJO concierge will work hand in hand with you and the Rocket Mortgage® team to make the consumer’s transaction go as smoothly as possible. Among other things, OJO concierge will:
- Receive an alert any time a consumer is referred to Rocket Mortgage®.
- Facilitate a 3 way introduction between you and Rocket Mortgage’s® Home Loan Expert whenever a consumer is pre-approved.
- Receive daily updates on the consumer’s progress with Rocket Mortgage® and share important insights with you when they are uncovered through their consumer conversations.
How does the OJO lead get to Rocket Mortgage®?
When the OJO team confirms with the homebuyer that they want to be connected to Rocket Mortgage®, OJO will send their information to the Rocket Mortgage® team. One of the Home Loan Experts will reach out to the OJO lead within 30 minutes.
How do I contact the Rocket Mortgage® loan officer?
When a Rocket Mortgage® Home Loan Expert is assigned to a consumer, they will will out to you to introduce themselves and share their contact information after their first conversation with your consumer.

How do I know where the customer is in the financing process?
A Rocket Mortgage® Home Loan Expert will introduce themselves to you after their first call with the consumer and let you know the outcome of that call. As a consumer moves through the application and underwriting process, you will be able to contact your dedicated Rocket Mortgage® Agent Relationship Manager or OJO concierge any time you need updates.
How will the Rocket Mortgage® loan officer work with agents?
Your Rocket Mortgage® Home Loan Expert will call you after the first conversation they have with the consumer to let you know the outcome. You’ll also be contacted by your dedicated Agent Relationship Manager within 24 hours of that initial contact.
You’ll have access to work directly with your Home Loan Expert or Agent Relationship Manager whenever you need assistance. Your Agent Relationship Manager will be dedicated to you and can be your single point of contact for ANY of your OJO consumers who are working with Rocket Mortgage®.
What types of programs does Rocket Mortgage® offer?
Rocket Mortgage® supports all major loan programs: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo. If you are interested in learning about other programs rocket may be able to assist you with, contact Rocket Mortgage’s® Client Relations team or your Home Loan Expert.
