When an introduction has become unresponsive

“Hey (consumer name), this is (agent name). I’ve left you three messages but haven’t heard anything back. The last thing I want to do is annoy you. If I am, send me a quick text to let me know. If I’m not, I’ll give you a quick call tomorrow at (time).”

(If you call them and they don’t answer)

“Hey, I sent you a message yesterday saying I would call today at (time), so I’m just doing what I said I would do and giving you a call since it’s (time). I’ll send you a text as well, and I’ll try you again over the weekend. I’ll plan to call you on Saturday around 11 or so. Let me know if there’s a better time for that call."
