At this time, we don't allow agents in the Movoto Select Network to set budget preferences for their leads. When a lead comes in, you can see their self-declared budget on the Preview Screen as a proxy for their budget. You can "Claim" the lead if you think you can help them, or "Decline" the lead. You aren't penalized for declining leads.
Some Movoto leads will be ready to buy now, and others will require nurturing and help navigating the financial readiness process. We encourage agents to work with both types of leads if you are able to help them now or in the future after nurturing.
