Reassigning Movoto referrals

What if the consumer actually wants to be re-matched with their original agent?

It’s possible a consumer will want to be re-matched with their original agent. The Customer Experience Representative will help with this process and get you re-matched. 

How many days do I have to make an update before they will reassign my referral?

If you haven’t made an update on your consumer in 90 days and they submitted a new lead form, there is a possibility that Movoto will use this as an opportunity to connect that consumer with a new agent.
