The list of Sierra’s email-to-lead integrations (email parsers)
Sierra has many third-party email-to-lead capabilities for you to take advantage of.
If you generate leads from any services which do not currently offer a direct API integration, and would like to send those leads to your Sierra CRM, simply head to the “Integrations” manager then select the relevant service to generate a site-specific email address (one email address per service).
You can then place that site-specific email address into the backend of the third-party service, so when a new lead email notification is sent to this “parser” email address, that lead will also be added in the Sierra CRM. If the third-party service doesn’t offer an additional lead notification space to add your site-specific email address, you can also set up an email forwarding filter in your email account.
