- Click on the “Profile” on the left-hand navigation.
- Click on "Transactions" under "Profile".
- You will see two options, "Add Transaction" to upload a single transaction, or "Upload CSV" to upload multiple.
- If you choose to add a single transaction, fill out the information, and click save.
- If you choose multiple transactions, click the "Download Sample Transaction CSV".
- Open the Excel file and input your client information.
- NOTE: When inputting information, make sure there are no special characters as this will cause an error and the date is formatted as 07/05/2020. All columns must also be in the order of the CSV as well.
